Following her sold-out shows at Pizza Express Jazz Club last month, Mica Paris returns to Soho next month for two dates at Ronnie Scotts.
Meesh last performed at Ronnie’s earlier this spring, and brought the house down, so we’re expecting these shows to be even hotter!
Dates are Friday Sept 3rd, and Saturday Sept 4th.

Mica Paris joins the celebration of 5 decades of British Cool with a live set at this weekend’s Vintage at Goodwood festival!
Vintage at Goodwood – 13, 14, 15 August 2010 – is the first of what will be an annual music and fashion led celebration of creative British cool from the 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s & 80s, featuring the leading DJs, bands, collectors, purveyors of vintage clothing and vintage vinyl from each decade, as well as contemporary bands and brands inspired by Britain’s rich creative and cultural heritage.

Mica played a stunning set at Soho’s Pizza Express Jazz Club on Friday night.
Playing to a sold-out club, the UK’s Queen of Soul performed for over 90 minutes accompanied by her fantastic 4-piece band.
Running the gamut of soul, funk, gospel and jazz, Mica’s vocal prowess remains magnificant, and pretty much had everyone in the audience wowed!
Her between-song banter was also brilliant, talking about her 25 years in the music business, and dispensing all manner of relationship advice!
What stood out most of all was how amazing the new songs sound live. Given the space to breathe on a live stage, they really came into their own. Hold On, You’re The Only One, Baby Come Back and Born Again were just jaw-droppingly good.

Situated in the charming Italian Gardens of Cannizaro Park in Wimbledon Common, the festival brings you a wonderful variety of top-quality acts in a beautiful surrounding.
