Grammy Award® and BRIT Award®-winning Justin Timberlake’s new album The 20/20 Experience soared to the top of the UK charts this week landing at #1 to become this year’s the fastest selling album. The critically-acclaimed album is also his fastest selling release in the UK surpassing sales of his previous solo effort Future Sex/Love Sounds.
The album received stellar reviews from the UK press with The Independent, Evening Standard and The Times all awarding Justin’s latest release with 4 stars each. The Independent calls the album ‘elegant’ while the Evening Standard says the album’s music is ‘infectious.’
This follows the week after ‘Mirrors’ topped the official UK singles chart for a third week making it the longest running #1 single of 2013. Justin wowed audiences in the UK with an exclusive performance of ‘Mirrors’ at the Brit Awards in February the same night he performed an intimate concert to a sold-out crowd at The Forum in London. Ratings for The Brit went through the roof helping lead ‘Mirrors’ to the #1 spot on the iTunes Store following the performance. Justin also gave an unforgettable interview on The Jonathon Ross Show leading the host to Tweet that Justin was one of the best guests ever to appear on the long-running program.
Giving fans even more news to get excited about, Justin also revealed in a recent interview in the U.S. that he will release another album later this year.
